Responsible for definition, creation, and maintenance of architecture artifacts of Enterprise Data solutions including data architecture, data flow diagrams, conceptual/logical data models, data dictionaries, and database design.
Provide leadership, oversight, and development execution of data architecture design and associated delivery.
Provide training and coaching to other team members on data architecture standards and best practices, along with the necessary governance to ensure such standards are upheld.
Collaborate with data engineers, business intelligence developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Investigating & analyzing data sources to identify relevant information for inclusion in our data solutions.
Document and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven experience in architecting enterprise-wide data platforms and data management solutions for complex environments
Hands on experience in Azure tools such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Notebooks & Azure SQL database
Proficiency in SQL, query optimization and relational databases
Good understanding of Git as well as Agile & SDLC methodologies
Experience with Commercial Real Estate tools (e.g., Yardi, Argus)
