·         5+ years of experience in designing, building, and optimizing Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, and flexibility

·         Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Power BI Proficiency:

·         Expertise in creating interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards

·         Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service

·         Ability to connect to a wide range of data sources, from cloud and on-premises sources

·         Experience with Power Query for data transformation and cleansing

·         Knowledge of integrating Power BI with Azure services

·         Understanding of row-level security (RLS) and other security features in Power BI

·         Knowledge of data governance practices and compliance requirements

·         Knowledge of NIST standards and guidelines

·         Experience with managing Power BI workspaces, datasets, and dataflows

·         Understanding of Power BI Premium and its features

·         Experience in creating complex dashboards and reports

·         Proven ability to work with large datasets

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
