·        IT Project Management

·        Project Documentation

·        Plan, Organize, and Lead Project Meetings

·        Other IT-related tasks as agreed upon by the parties

·        IT Procurement consultation

·        Coordinate the PMO team.

Experience:

To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements:

·        Ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience

·        Five (7) years of IT Integration experience

·        Four (7) years of managing software implementation projects

·        Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills

Qualifications:

·        Experience in Child Welfare processes and workflows

·        Experience with federal requirements for Child Welfare management systems

·        Ability to communicate effectively

·        Ability to build a positive rapport with team members

·        Ability to manage conflict between team members and vendors

·        Ability to manage changes in objectives with little to no notice

·        Experience developing and maintaining meticulous documentation of project activities
