JOB DETAIL

  • Deploy and test telephony devices (IPC dealer-board, Avaya handsets, headsets).
  • Troubleshoot user incidents and escalate to 2nd/3rd line teams as needed.
  • Support daily IPC, Avaya, and Zoom telephony-related issues at user desks.
  • Coordinate with 2nd/3rd line support and third parties (e.g., IPC).
  • Maintain communication with customers and management on incident status.
  • Keep accurate records in the incident management system.
  • Assist team engineers when required.
  • Provide after-hours support during major incidents or changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience with trade floor support and trader voice telephony (IPC, Avaya, Zoom).
  • Understanding of telephony solutions and voice recording integrations.
  • Ability to handle desk-side telephony issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow.
  • Team player, able to cover a wide range of deskside support activities.
