- Deploy and test telephony devices (IPC dealer-board, Avaya handsets, headsets).
- Troubleshoot user incidents and escalate to 2nd/3rd line teams as needed.
- Support daily IPC, Avaya, and Zoom telephony-related issues at user desks.
- Coordinate with 2nd/3rd line support and third parties (e.g., IPC).
- Maintain communication with customers and management on incident status.
- Keep accurate records in the incident management system.
- Assist team engineers when required.
- Provide after-hours support during major incidents or changes.
Requirements:
- Experience with trade floor support and trader voice telephony (IPC, Avaya, Zoom).
- Understanding of telephony solutions and voice recording integrations.
- Ability to handle desk-side telephony issues and escalate when necessary.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow.
- Team player, able to cover a wide range of deskside support activities.
