•             Must have experience in S/4HANA Greenfield blueprinting exercise for OTC

•             Lead Fit to standard workshops – presenting standard SAP process flows, conduct system demonstrations, and providing insight on how standard S/4HANA processes can support a customers’ business process ( This is must have experience)

•             Should be able to ask customer why their current process will not fit Standard S/4HANA OTC best practice

•             Capture any gap/delta requirement

•             Create design documentation 

•             Analyze fit/gap for business processes, translating requirements into specs, writing business process document

•             Work with other functional teams to ensure various components work together to meet the operational goals of the solution keeping in mind, the integration, quality, and performance of the deliverables

•             Work with business users to gather requirements specific to Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Returns Management, Pricing, Rebates and Outputs

•             Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Order to Cash area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices

•             Must understand Support cross-functional business processes in Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution with a focus on Sales

•             S4HANA OTC 4-5 years’ experience require

•             Total SAP OTC 15+ years’ experience requires.
