• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter/Laravel).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Ensure high-quality code through Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and conduct unit tests using phpUnit.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work with cloud services (AWS) to deploy and manage applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on best practices in software development.

Primary Skills:

• PHP: Strong hands-on experience with CodeIgniter and/or Laravel.
• JavaScript: Proficiency in jQuery or similar libraries.
• CSS: Solid understanding of styling and responsive design.

Secondary Skills:

• MySQL: Experience with database design and management.
• AWS: Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• APIs/Microservices: Proven experience in designing and implementing APIs.
• Event Driven/TDD: Knowledge of Test-Driven Development practices.

Bonus Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Python is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
