- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in SAP program management, with a focus on S/4HANA migration projects.
- Proven experience in managing large scale, complex SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, processes, and migration strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources for large projects.
- PMP, SAP S/4HANA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
