Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for both BI and Service Software teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlogs and ensure they are well-groomed and prioritized.
Coach both teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure both teams can deliver high-quality solutions.
Track and report on team progress and metrics.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within and between the teams and with stakeholders.
Support the teams in achieving their goals and meeting project deadlines.
