- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for both BI and Service Software teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlogs and ensure they are well-groomed and prioritized.
- Coach both teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure both teams can deliver high-quality solutions.
- Track and report on team progress and metrics.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within and between the teams and with stakeholders.
- Support the teams in achieving their goals and meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in both BI and software development environments.
- Strong understanding of BI tools (Azure Dev Ops, Power BI), data warehousing concepts, and software development lifecycle (preferably with iOS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
