- Proficiency in using Client and Server APIs (GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord)

- Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders
- ServiceNow Administration certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (FSO, ITSM)
- Nice-to-have: ServiceNow Master Architect Certification, Insurance domain knowledge, experience with requirement review and effort estimation
