Job summary : 

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Snowflake and AWS, and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within our organization. 

This hybrid role requires excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery. The candidate will work during day shifts and no travel is required.

Responsibilities : 

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. 

- Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Provide technical expertise in Snowflake and AWS to guide project teams and ensure best practices are followed. 

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables. 

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. 

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. 

- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortem reviews. 

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. 

- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes. 

- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. 

- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines. 

- Collaborate with senior management to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively. 

 

Qualifications 

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

- Have 8 to 12 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical projects. 

- Demonstrate extensive experience with Snowflake and AWS, including hands-on implementation and management. 

- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

- Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. 

- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. 

- Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends and best practices. 

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.

- Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate project documentation. 

- Have experience in risk management and the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks. 

- Show a customer-focused mindset and the ability to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.
