- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Hadoop/Big Data Developer
- Proficiency in Hadoop ecosystem components like HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, HBase, Sqoop, Flume, Oozie, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell Scripting, or Java for data processing
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB)
- Hands-on experience with Spark for real-time data processing is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
