Develop service Now FSO configurations, including FSO data model setup, PA enablement, Commercial and Servicing Lines for Insurance workflow development, etc.
Build multiple FSO related features including advanced work assignment enablement, configurations around reports, dashboards, etc.
Document FSO development, configuration and technical details & prepare training material
Lead customer discussions, demos and participate in customer's engineer's configuration reviews
Conduct workshops on development showcase and show and tell of developed product
