•       4+ years of Power Platform (Apps/Automate) experience
•       Strong development background and experience with multiple development languages (Nothing specific required but languages like Python, JS, etc., are widely used)
•       Experience leading and mentoring lower-level resources
•       No oversight required and independent
Optional (but nice to have):
•       Experience with migrating data from one application to another
•       Experience with InfoPath and migrations to SharePoint
