2+ years of hands-on experience working with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or Pega Decisioning.

Familiarity with Pega rules, data flows, and decisioning components (strategies, models, customer data).

Knowledge of integrating Pega CDH with other systems and data sources (databases, CRM, etc.).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and SQL.

Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pega certifications (e.g., Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant or Pega Certified System Architect) are highly desirable.
