IAM Expertise: Automation and Scripting; Cloud and Security Governance; Project Management in Agile/Scrum Environments

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing IAM systems, implementing access controls, and building custom automation solutions using AWS services. This role will involve working closely with the security and technology teams to manage and ensure appropriate access to cloud and on-premise resources.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology, with 3+ years specifically focused on IAM solutions and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM tools, AWS IAM roles, managed policies, and access controls within cloud environments.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with directory services, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience with IAM governance and policy frameworks, including tools like SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing IAM projects and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
