Primary role is eclerx software launch. Wendy is business partner- people are going to do console work
They don’t have enough time.
Driving contracts to completion. Good project plan. Weekly status meetings
Defect measures. Not a ton of development more configuration. Need to keep the vendor moving or they will move traction. Phase 1 this year.
Hugh $$ savings to replace with this software. ($700k).
No hand holding. Strong PM. Project Plans. Drives to get activities going. Meeting coordinator, but pushing and driving, and hold people accountable.
JIRA. Planview basic portfolio tool. Don’t care too much on project management tool. Helpful to have Lucid Chart skills for process flows.
Eclerx would have dedicated person on their side.
Definite expectations hold them accountable.
Potential project after this one is a System Replacement with SAP as the base layer. If they have SAP it’s a nice to have.
