• 8+ years of experience and proficient in AS400 development with expertise in RPG and Cobol with good concepts of DB2.
• 2-4 years of Experience in workflow tools such as SS&C AWD
• Knowledge in Life Insurance domain is a plus.
• Should be able to interact with client technical contacts as well as business users, strong analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the Technical Stack.
• Experience in an Agile based development environment.

Bachelor s degree in an IT or business discipline, or equivalent education experience.

Experience in: Mainframe, AS400, Cobol Training and or exposure to business systems analysis

AWD Business Process Modeling (BPM) experience

Excellent written oral communication skills
