As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate user needs and business goals into compelling design solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing the user experience through both visual design and interaction design, ensuring our products are not only functional but also delightful to use.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
UI Design:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
UX Design:
- Design user interactions and information architecture to optimize the user experience.
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with project goals and technical constraints.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Development:
- Translate design concepts into functional user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure responsive and adaptive design principles are applied to provide a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Quality Assurance:
- Test and validate designs to ensure they meet usability and accessibility standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot design-related issues in collaboration with development teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
