JOB DETAIL

•            Collaborate with stakeholders to understand high-level business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.

•            Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities, minimizing custom code where possible.

•            Provide process-driven solutions to improve efficiency and meet organizational objectives.

•            Work on ServiceNow Core, ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), ITOM (CMDB, Discovery), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management) modules.

•            Develop and customize Service Portals and Catalogs (Service Catalog, Record Producers, Order Guides).

•            Write and maintain JavaScript code for customizations including business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and script includes.

•            Manage the end-to-end implementation and development lifecycle within the ServiceNow platform.

•            Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and performance.

•            Ensure system stability and scalability by implementing best practices in ServiceNow development.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes.

•            Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and patching to ensure smooth functioning of all environments.

•            Maintain documentation for all processes, configurations, and customizations.

•            Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features.
