    Responsibilities:
  • Testing: Conduct manual and automated testing, create test data, document results, and ensure systems meet requirements.
  • Performance: Perform volume, load, and stress testing to identify and address system bottlenecks.
  • Documentation: Review and develop test plans, scripts, and methodology documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work with DHR, vendors, and partner agencies to maintain system integrity and support user testing.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional service to DHR employees, agencies, vendors, and the public, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing of web applications
  • Experience with functional, integration, accessibility, load, stress, performance, and regression testing
  • Experience with agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies
  • Test management, requirements analysis, and defect reporting
  • SQL, automated and performance testing
  • Experience with formal configuration management procedures
