·       Should have working experience in .Net, Microsoft technologies. Support / IT operations project experience is a must.

·       Working experience using Dynatrace, Solarwinds or any other logging tools like Kibana, Cloudwatch would be added advantage.

·       Troubleshooting complex environmental performance related issues (like db issues, application/web service issues, etc…)

·       Operations mindset is key.

·       Strong understanding of IT Services Management is a must.

·       Should have hands-on experience in ITIL processes --> Incident management, Problem management, Change management, driving the CAB calls & MIM calls, Maturity to Drive continuous service improvements

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Strong customer & team management skills

·       Drive best practices of Knowledge management, KEDB

·       As a person should be great team player, humble, customer oriented

·       Should be able to suggest on the best practices on AMS projects

·       Identify the critical applications & services. Identify the Monitoring scenarios & reduction of MIRT calls

·       Triaging, troubleshooting complex infrastructural environmental challenges/issues

·       Should have worked with service provider companies like us

·       Should have great knowledge in Dynatrace, .Net environment & Infra.
