o Current experience on Oracle Fusion SAAS Cloud transformation.

o Min. 2 full life cycle Oracle Subscription Management implementations

o Good Knowledge on Oracle EBS R12 Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL)

o Good Project management skills

o Experience in articulating and delivering projects, product orderability and working with large and diverse teams.

o Interaction with business on daily basis to understand the offer/products to fit into existing system capabilities.

o Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

o Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

o Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.

o Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
