- Participate with team on network analysis, modeling, and simulation to optimize network performance, capacity, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain Python-based software applications for network modeling, simulation, and analysis, utilizing MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Apply graph algorithms, such as Dijkstra's algorithm, Breadth-First Search (BFS), Depth-First Search (DFS), and A*, to solve network optimization and routing problems.
- Configure BGP and IGP protocols for network routing and management.
- Utilize network modeling tools like Cisco WAE, Cariden Mate, and WANDL to simulate and analyze network behavior.
Qualifications:
Five plus years of progressive experience building expertise in Python scripting, MySQL, and GraphQL. Candidates must possess a strong foundation in network fundamentals, including network topologies, routing protocols, and network performance metrics.
