Alnylam Onshore Project Manager (PM) for a Databricks and Power BI program with the following skills and experience:
- Business Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with business users/ IT leaders understand their requirements, and relay those to the offshore team.
- Data and BI Understanding: High-level understanding of the Data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI, to handle discussions and drive demos.
- SQL : Understanding of SQL and Data analysis skill is mandatory
- Project Management: Ability to track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines.
- Power BI Demos: Ability to conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments.
- Onshore-Offshore Model Experience: Prior experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones.
- Program Management: Proven experience in managing multiple Data and BI projects.
- Agile Methodology: Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Presentation skills : Presen the program accomplishment to SR leadership level
