System Analysis & Development:
- Analyze, design, code, and test enhancements to complex system modules.
- Design and develop new web applications as well as modify existing ones.
- Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, including flowcharting, coding, and debugging.

System Integration & Data Conversion:
- Develop data conversion and system implementation plans.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and Mainframe systems.
- Work with external document services, existing web services, or create new web services as required.

Database Design & Documentation:
- Design new database schemas to persist data from the new applications.
- Prepare and obtain approval for system and programming documentation.
- Follow RRC security framework and architectural guidelines.
