Understanding of Azure DevOps, writing user stories, build & release pipeline.
Good to have hands-on experience in Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) Controls.
Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Power Platform and SharePoint Online admin center, Azure AD, OneDrive, Microsoft Lists, etc.
Good to have knowledge on reporting tools such as Power BI, High charts, Google Charts, SSRS.
Good understanding of ITIL processes specifically Incident Management, Problem Management, Service request and Change Management.
