- Determine both the qualitative and quantitative benefits of the solution, as well as how it interacts with business processes and whether it is appropriate for use in business.
Work and Technical Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of the organization's business operations and procedures.
- Knowledge in developing frameworks, templates, processes, and governance for building the AI team within the organization.
- A track record of leading workshops and discovery sessions to examine business teams' present priorities, difficulties, and emphasis areas.
- Must have worked closely with business teams, data science leads to provide relevant data science solutions.
- Identifying the solution's qualitative and quantitative benefits, as well as its interaction with business processes and suitability for business action.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree is a plus)
- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
- At least 9 years AI/ML experience with a minimum of 4 years in a lead position.
