*experience with machine learning would be plus.

Back-end server side no Front-end; building microservices and data related work.

 

Current needs are around senior engineers- tech leads that would be comfortably mentoring junior engineers and will have 3 scrum teams.

10+ years experience just not as an individual contributor but also as a hands-on tech lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead specializing in speech-to-text technologies, unstructured data, and natural language processing (NLP). This role is crucial for driving our initiatives in building scalable speech-to-text engines and implementing multiple Gen AI use cases.

              •            Lead and mentor a team of engineers across three scrum teams.

              •            Develop and deploy scalable speech-to-text solutions and NLP models.

              •            Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance servicing capabilities for frontline engineers.

              •            Drive the implementation of Gen AI use cases, including summarization and speech-to-text technologies.

              •            Work with data and analytics teams to improve servicing technology through innovative solutions.

              •            Ensure robust back-end server-side development, focusing on microservices and data-related work.

 

Requirements:

 

              •            10+ years of experience in software development, with significant expertise in Python and machine learning.

              •            Strong background in speech-to-text technologies and unstructured data handling.

              •            Proficiency in NLP and building scalable ML models.

              •            Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GCP services is essential.

              •            Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

              •            Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

 

Nice to Have:

 

              •            Experience with Java and API development
