Java Lead Core Java Insurance Insurance Products Testing Machine Learning Systems Java ASP.NET IIS SQL

Lead end-to-end development in and around insurance products defined within clients’s Duck Creek Platform.
Duck Creek Policy Developer to develop and modify applications and lead a team of developers.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Duck creek Policy Configuration and Integration.
Communicate regularly in accordance with agreed upon communications plan.
Work on PAS application for Customization and Customization.
Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners.
Work effectively with multiple assignments and teams to meet completion dates.
Train and mentor other staff members.
Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and Customization.
Participate in the full life-cycle development of the product, including the development, integration, and testing of product features.
Analyze existing program logic to determine best method of accomplishing required changes or cause of program malfunction.
Manage error handling and code exceptions.
Design program logic to meet specifications and to adhere to development and architecture standards.
Prepare and deliver formal presentations on project and status for business and technology leadership.
Own the technical direction of Innovation & Enablement projects, ensuring seamless execution and quality.
Keep on top of Duck Creek Technology Product Roadmap and the industry trends including Digital Transformation, InsureTech, AI/Machine Learning etc.
