- Designing, developing, and implementing GIS analytic processes such as change detection and geoprocessing workflows
- Developing and executing advanced queries or scripts
- Maintaining roadway centerline and linear referenced data using Esri Roads & Highways
- Utilizing GIS and organizational best practices to maintain and manage GIS layers
- Developing and documenting workflows, standards, and best practices
- Developing and executing test plans for all levels of system testing
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating project deliverables
- Developing instructions for application support
Required Skills:
- Advanced experience using Esri Roads & Highways 2 Years
- Advanced experience working with linear referencing systems 2 Years
- Strong knowledge and understanding of GIS principals, theories and practices 2 Years
- Strong skills in development of analysis procedure, complex system integration, software configuration management, and business analysis 2 Years
- Experience troubleshooting and providing customer support 2 Years
- Experience working with large, relational databases 2 Years
- Experience with integrating and implementing complex technology solutions 2 Years
