   •  Managing projects with different sizes and risks:

      o small projects (<6 months, =10 team members, low risk).

      o medium projects (=6 months, >10 team members, medium/low risk).

      o large projects (>6 months, =20 team members, medium/high risk).

   •  Ensuring consistency with the State of Michigan (SOM) project management, investment management, and systems engineering methodology (SUITE).

   •  Performing long-term release planning based on organizational direction.

   •  Regularly interacting with project management teams to update the status of budget, quality, and schedule.

   •  Escalating issues and risks as needed.

   •  Exercising project quality control activities to meet project scope expectations.
