1. Project Planning: Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
2. Team Management: Leads and manages project teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring they are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
6. Budget Management: Manages project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
7. Progress Monitoring: Tracks project progress, preparing status reports and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management.
8. Performance Evaluation: Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks): Working with a team, going over a project plan and maintenance of it. Project planning, engaging with stakeholders, status reporting and writing, dealing with deadline

Preferred background/prior work experience? Sr Project Manager with at least 5 years exp. Preferred IT background

Priority soft skills: Assertive, well spoken, able to write good reports, will be dealing with VP s, directors and managers

Comment: We are looking for a Sr Project Manager with Technical experience. The main duties will be project management, project plans, running meeting, coordinating with business units and IT organization.
