· 4+ years’ experience in a technical role with experience in Data Ingestion, ETL development and engineering in a Cloud-based infrastructure
· Exceptional SQL skills- Heavy SQL analysis
· Operations background is a must (more on business operations, less on the engineering side)
· Experience with database management, modeling, and data warehouse operations
· Health care industry experience, including integration and claims/grouped file processing a plus
· Professional experience with AWS cloud services: S3, EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift, Glue, Lambda
· Prior experience with traditional ETL tools like Talend Open Studio, Pentaho or similar is a plus
· Professional experience with APIs and bulk-load patterns to capture data from multiple data sources
· Ability to develop new skills and evolve within an entrepreneurial organization
· Exposure to big data processing and concepts, with AWS and Apache stacks or other big data tools is a plus
· Experience with systematic data validation
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· An entrepreneurial spirit
· Bonus if you have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

· Utilize technologies such as SQL and Python, combined with AWS tools such as Glue, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, and other technologies to build scalable data solutions
· Focus on developing & building effective solutions with the ability to productize for scale and automation
· Communicate effectively and engage with all service stakeholders, both internal and external
· Participate in the refinement of requirements and the design of technology solutions
· Collaborate on an agile team to deliver technology solutions
· Follow best practices established by the team to ensure quality and timely delivery
