Manager is looking for a Golden Gates SME, someone with Administration and Development skills who can be a Lead, mentoring others on the team, as no one has the Golden Gates skillset and it’s also very important that this person has good communication and willingness to speak and up and share thoughts and ideas on where to take this.

Communication is something they overlooked in the past and now is high on the list of desired skills. Per Brendan, they “have too many technical robots running around” and need someone with ownership who’s willing to speak up about their ideas.
