• The Salesforce tech lead will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development and customization along with business analysts and developers.
• This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications and guiding the developers with design.
• Developing and customizing Lightning components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) Writing Apex code for custom business logic and database operations.
• Integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Good analytical and debugging skills

Essential Skills:        

• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications

• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce, Salesforce LWC

• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform

• Must have worked as Onsite Lead, in customer facing roles

• Must have managed a team of 3 members atleast
