6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, enhancing business understanding of Agile values and principles.

Experience working closely with software development teams, understanding technical requirements.

Should be able to demonstrate the continuous improvement of processes.

Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban/Scrum)

A hands-on technical background, preferably experience of writing code, etc.

Good understanding of healthcare payor domain

Experience with DevOps (Azure Dev Ops)

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation projects using methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN etc.

Fostering an effective and productive working environment and guiding others to understand scrum values, principles, and practices.

Facilitates scrum ceremonies and enables others on the scrum team to also facilitate these ceremonies Ensures thorough execution of all scrum ceremonies following industry best practices

Works with Product Owner to define minimal valuable product and/or prioritizes backlog to maximize value.

Ensure performance indicators (velocity, satisfaction, team commitment, deadline) are understood and respected by the team members during each sprint.
