- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP FICO, providing guidance and expertise on project implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Lead and manage the full life cycle of SAP FICO implementations, from planning and design to go-live and support.
- Ensure successful S/4HANA implementation by performing hands-on configuration and customization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, and IT to deliver effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the SAP FICO system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO or FICA (either is acceptable).
- Implementation: Minimum of 2 full end-to-end life cycle implementations.
- S/4HANA: Hands-on implementation experience with S/4HANA.
- Consulting Background: Must have experience with consulting firms such as Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Deloitte, PWC, Infosys, NTT, Cognizant, etc.
- Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate with business stakeholders; excellent communication skills are essential.
- US Experience: US onsite implementation experience is a must.
