JOB DETAIL

  • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, and Service Mapping modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead architecture and design discussions, providing expertise in ServiceNow best practices and recommending solutions for complex challenges.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
  • Implement and optimize ITSM processes, such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of CMDB, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools to enhance visibility and understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the ServiceNow team.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices to continuously improve the platform.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring technical teams.
  • Strong documentation skills to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation
