Strong BA skills with focus on SNoW software & hardware asset management.
Collaborate with other application teams and business teams; schedule/facilitate meetings, gather requirements, drive analytics, and update data as required
Participation in defining requirements, processes and procedures for asset management strategies.
Proven capabilities in developing IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and conducting in-depth inventory analysis to ensure compliance, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and optimize IT operations.
Experience in software asset management, ideally the candidate should have a strong focus on software & hardware asset management.
Responsible to work with business stakeholders to successfully manage and maintain the data integrity and completeness of the IT asset inventory.
Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
Strong executive communication skills: exceptional writing skills. Effective communication in written and verbal form.
Own functional specifications and serve as a functional expert with a deep understanding of business needs on product capabilities by defining business requirements, performing quality assurance
