•     Familiarity with big-data environments (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) and model development experience on a cloud development platform

•     Demonstrable experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning, model quantization, and quantization-aware fine-tuning of LLM models

•     Solid understanding of the fundamentals of statistics, optimization, machine learning, and advanced analytics (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, time series, econometrics, causal inference, mathematical optimization)

•     Excellent grasp of computer science fundamentals and SDLC best practices

•     Experience leading teams of experienced ML engineers/scientists

•     Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information and ideas at all levels, building trust with stakeholders

•     Ability to understand business objectives and align ML problem definition

•     Individuals with experience building NLP solutions
