Business Analyst

Experience 10+ yrs BA (Medical Devices domain and regulatory compliance experience is needed)
Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
Very strong in interpersonal skills, go-getter, and conflict resolving capabilities
Gather and analyze data / Requirement to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
Identify different possible and feasible solutions, considering the pros and cons of each alternative.
Create functional specifications, user stories, and business requirements for identified initiatives.
Effectively / Strong communication skills to discuss with important stakeholders other teams.
Help implement technology solutions to achieve business goals.
Develop solution-oriented strategies using cost-benefit analysis or SWOT analysis.
Knowledge on regulatory processes for controlled environments ( under FDA etc ) - Mandatory
