- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development.
- Experience with Pega 7.x/8.x versions is preferred.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Pega PRPC and its core components.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, rules, and processes.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and experience with RDBMS like Oracle or SQL Server.
