• Overall experience 10+ with a minimum of 8+ in PEGA- Must have 3+ years’ experience as certified • Lead system architect. Must be Hands on V7+ to be part of development activities

• Must have extensive working experience on connectors, services, data pages, all declarative rules, agents, security rules, Reporting, PEGA unit testing. etc.

• Working experience in PEGA UI

• Working experience in handling incidents and debugging tools

• Ability to work collaboratively within multiple cross functional teams and multi-vendor to make sure project timelines are met

• Experience in CI/CD set up on PEGA platforms

• Good understanding of the other infra structural components like application server (Tomcat, WebSphere), databases (oracle, DB2, MS SQL), load balancers etc.

• Good communication and presentation skills to communicate with stakeholders
