Job Summary

  • The Solutions Architect will design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions for internal customers, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. 
  • Responsibilities include architecting, designing, and developing scalable solutions, collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to recommend optimal solutions, and providing guidance on product modeling and best practices. 
  • The role involves solution evaluation, buy vs build decisions, project estimates, and consulting throughout the development lifecycle. 
  • The candidate must have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reuse existing functionality to minimize custom development. 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential. 
  • Reporting to the Group Product Manager, this fully]remote position requires experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Job Description
o Defining processes, system specifications, and supporting parameters for Salesforce CRM
o Integrating application requirements into architecture design, ensuring functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operational needs
o Designing scalable architecture for Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
o Understanding current CRM business processes and Salesforce functionality to recommend improvements
o Developing end-to-end CRM architecture, including system landscapes, integration points, data models, and technical components
o Leading solution design and implementation, including configuration, development, testing, and deployment
o Collaborating with stakeholders to transform current processes to industry standards
o Creating high-level architecture/design documents leveraging Salesforce best practices
o Partnering with stakeholders to define business KPI’s and build reporting dashboards
o Supporting Salesforce deployments and integrations with third-party applications
o Managing Salesforce product backlog, documentation, and administrative tasks
o Upholding release management best practices and staying current on Salesforce trends and best practices

· Qualifications
o 6+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project implementations
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
o At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect/Technical lead
o Certified Salesforce Application Architect
