JOB DETAIL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is required.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, data management, and reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges related to Sales Cloud.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze requirements for Sales Cloud enhancements and projects.
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create process diagrams, wireframes, and other visual aids to communicate requirements effectively.
  • Conduct needs analysis, business case definition, and requirements review.
  • Utilize your Salesforce Admin certification to configure and customize Sales Cloud features.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and optimize processes.
  • Facilitate solution discussions and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
