- Understand CyberArk's Privileged Access Security solutions.
- Proficiency in managing, configuring, and deploying CyberArk PAS.
- Experience with CyberArk's Digital Vault, AIM, and other components.
- Deep knowledge of Vault's core functionalities such as secrets management, identity-based access, and data encryption.
- Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and managing Vault clusters.
- Understanding of Vault's integration with various platforms and services.
- Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- In-depth knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) principles.
- Familiarity with security protocols, encryption standards, and best practices.
- Experience with security audits, compliance (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR), and incident response.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience
- 8-12 years of experience working with CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault in complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading security projects or teams.
- Proven track record of automating security processes and integrating security tools into DevOps pipelines.
- Experience in managing a team of engineers, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ability to drive security strategy and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to oversee deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
Certification and Education
- CyberArk Certification (CyberArk Trustee, Defender, Sentry).
- HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate.
- Other relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
