- The NetSuite Finance-Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing NetSuite solutions, and providing end-user training and support.
- This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting business process assessments, and identifying opportunities for system optimization.
- 10+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address business challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients.
- Proven experience in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting processes within NetSuite.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and improve business workflows for process optimization.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules including Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash, CRM/SFA, and Financials (AP, AR, GL).
- Excellent documentation skills for capturing business requirements and processes.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end NetSuite processes to effectively guide clients.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus.
