- Strong experience on UAT testing. Ability to handle business users/stakeholders during UAT.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Smart worker who takes ownership and takes assigned work items and tracks to successful completion.
- Functional testing experience. Understanding of different use cases being tested.
- Ability to identify test scenarios and test cases after understanding end to end flow.
- Experience in creating records, payments and posting transactions in large financial services systems or payments systems.
- Knowledge of testing web-based and cloud solutions.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, GitHub, etc.
- Strong Understanding of Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
