Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and talented UI Lead with expertise in React to lead our front-end development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing user interfaces, a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React, ensuring the highest standards of performance, usability, and accessibility.

• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.

• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code reviews to maintain a high level of code quality.

• Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and deliver cohesive solutions.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and responsiveness.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, technical processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in building complex user interfaces with React.

• Expert knowledge of React and its core principles.

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.

• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

• Experience with build tools and development workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
